I did not write this to sell you a programme. I wrote it so you never need to pay for one again.

The whole point was always this: you become your own trainer. You understand your own body. You make the calls. You stop depending on someone else to tell you what to eat or how to move. That knowledge is yours now. Nobody can take it from you.

Sometimes you have to do insane things to reach insane goals. I tried almost everything — every diet, every protocol, every approach. Everything except drugs. I am strongly against them. Always will be.

Because the current fitness world is built on drugs, sponsorships, and degeneracy. A lot of young people are ruining their lives copying people not worth copying. People who would sell their souls for money — you think they would not sell you a fake dream? Drugs? A toxic way of living? Of course they would. And you would not even see it coming.

I am not like them. I am building something different. A community based on comradeship, principles, fairness, looking good, being strong — and maybe being a little insane about it. Good values do not have to be boring. They just have to be genuine. Hopefully I can reach enough people so they too can dodge becoming a degenerate.
